An interesting commentary on Google places, however the info is behind the new update curve.
Simple domain ownership is precisely where Google have hit, to get rid of spam. You need to do something with it, else the Googlebot will drag it out.
The nonsense on the time it takes to get indexed is out of touch. Google has always put sites in to its index within hours.
Not sure if the so-called expert knows what he is talking about and certainly not a company I would waste time contacting.
Being precisely geo specific on domain names doesn’t help at all in SEO and is in most likelyhood to precise to be a valuable SEO keyword.
Buying many domains and linking is again where Google has targeted.
